Walking Tverskaya from Pushkinskaya to the Kremlin and Back!

Here is walking Tverskaya from Pushkinskaya to the Kremlin and back on eve of New Year 2020.

Near Pushkinskaya Metro.

Decoration on the archway in one of the buildings on Tverskaya.

Some sweets in a shop front window.

Something very gaudy in front of the Mayor's office.

Can already see Red Square at end of the street.

On the right is the General Post Office building.

Manezhnaya ploshchad and Red Square ahead.

Manezh square.

Red Square was done in another post.

But now turn around and go back on the opposite side of the street.

It has to be note that illumination is much more grandiose this year than, say, 5 years ago.

In a post from 2015 you can see how Tverskaya and Red Square looked in 2015 (five years ago), and I had a much poor camera, not that my current camera is anything special.

There wasn't even a New Year tree on Manezhnaya then.
